Lynne died age 36 years 11 months 10 days from taking the prescribed medication exactly as Doctor instructed.
High court writ for damages issued against the Doctor, Hospital & Drug Manufacturer, the writ was only served on Hoechst the drug company,
after 5 years of legal arguments the company increased their £2000 final offer to an accepted figure of £35000, with the company standing the legal costs estimated at £72000.
The drug Nomifensine was withdrawn worldwide. The American Senate also took legal proceedings against Hoechst ag on behalf of the American Nation, using my collated evidence as a starting point.
All countries aided me in my trek to uncover reports of this drug, America insisted I pay for copies of their discovered reports even though I had given mine to them freely,
South Africa would not permit documents to be taken from the country and France claimed 'No adverse Reports' yet in every other country there were reported deaths associated with this drug.
Australia went to the trouble of searching out, copying and sending all their documents by 'Special Courier' direct to me with a letter wishing me well in my quest.
